Hi everyone,
Most US states are refusing to accommodate Syria refugees.
http://us.cnn.com/2015/11/16/world/paris-attacks-syrian-refugees-backlash/index.html
********************
More than half the nation's governors -- 27 states -- say they oppose letting Syrian refugees into their states, although the final say on this contentious immigration issue will fall to the federal government.
States protesting the admission of refugees range from Alabama and Georgia, to Texas and Arizona, to Michigan and Illinois, to Maine and New Hampshire. Among these 27 states, all but one have Republican governors.
The announcements came after authorities revealed that at least one of the suspects believed to be involved in the Paris terrorist attacks entered Europe among the current wave of Syrian refugees. He had falsely identified himself as a Syrian named Ahmad al Muhammad and was allowed to enter Greece in early October.

Sensible decision or....?

They can protest, but once the Federal Government has let them in the country, the states can't stop them from living where they like.
-
Not going to be much of a welcome for them though, is there? :(

I suspect, just what the terrorist organisation wants .... to split communities and then represent those rejecting nations as being anti Muslim.

Right on the money ekim
-
America should be forced to accept refugees seeing as they just had to get rid of Saddam and Assad and the CIA intially backed ISIS (the enemy of my enemy is my ally).
-
They are accepting refugees, it is one of the things used by the American nutty right (there is a sensible right) to show that Obama is a Muslim.

Ironiocally, the detail about the refugee hasn't to my knowledge been confirmed. Can anyone aye or nay it?
