Pollsters rendered themselves irrelevant and their relevance now is contingent on some obvious soul searching.
Media pundits in error by predicting a loss of 150 council seats have responded by a not me guv,it must be other pundits or just ploughing on with the verdict and ignoring the numbers.
Do the media risk, by making errors of this magnitude and not owning up risk irrelevance.

They get some things wrong, some things right.

Which ones?

Which ones made errors and are you certain they haven't owned up to it?

Yes I guess I'm referring to Keunsberg and Robinson here.
Apparently it's now sexist to be of the opinion that Keunsberg should resign.

No. But it is sexist and deeply offensive to call her a bitch and a whore. I suggest you retract your post else it reads like a justification of that.

Ms Keunsberg is neither a bitch or a whore .......and Robinson is not a whore.

So you are joking about her being called that for doing her job in a way you disagree with. You think it's funny that that she was called a bitch and a whore.

You sound like one of these new Davidsonian Conservatives.

No......It derailed an imperitive, namely the success of a petition to have her sacked.

Backed by people who called her a bitch and a whore, which by your 'let's ignore it' you support. You support calling her a bitch and a whore.

You sound like one of these new Davidsonian Conservatives.
And you sound like someone who says calling women a bitch and a whore is OK.
-
Why is acceptable for a member of the board to joke about a women being called a bitch and a whore?

I stated that you cannot express a desire for Laura Keunsberg to be sacked without being denounced as sexist and you have supremely borne that out.
I do not support her being called a bitch and a whore.
My post stated that Robinson should be sacked too there is no sexism here.

Hurrah, at last you have condemned it. Why did you think it sensible to joke about it?

Where did either of those "predicting a loss of 150 council seats"?
-
... Keunsberg ... Ms Keunsberg ... Laura Keunsberg...
There's something deeply ironic about calling for Laura Kuenssberg to be sacked while your own standards don't even get as far as bothering to find out how to spell her name.

Laura Kuensberg is a person of terrific power.
To want to stifle any means of criticising that power is extremely troublesome as is seeing that stifling coming from quarters I once respected.

Sorry Vlad, I don't understand. How is Laura Kuenssberg a "person of terrific power"? Do you actually know what "power" means?
What exactly happened as a result of excercising her "terrific power"? Did you have an inappropriate dream?

The bias demonstrated by some BBC journalists is a waking nightmare, your Lordship.
Inappropriate dreams? That is a bit of an Orwellian concept isn't it.

Did you respect them when they were questioning those you disagreed with, but now, they are actually questioning those you agree with.
