Title: The Secret

Have any of you been watching 'The Secret' on Friday nights, ITV?

It is really horrible, more so because it is a true story!  James Nesbitt is extremely sinister and the way he plotted the murder of his poor wife and lover's husband, and carried it out, was chilling in the extreme.  Talking about ''putting them out of their misery'' was beyond comprehension.  The last straw for me on Friday was when he had a patient in his dentist's chair, unconscious, and was - abusing them.

Truth is stranger than fiction.  Real life murders are far more chilling than fictional ones.  It's good stuff though.

The families of the victims are very unhappy about this. Must admit I can't watch true life crime stuff.

I read that today, it must be a bit much to show the sexual stuff of your mother who is still alive.  I didn't think of that when I saw the show on Friday, the sex stuff was only a small part of it and not particularly explicit but of course relatives, their children, are still around, it all happened twenty odd years ago which isn't that long.

I found the business of him in the dentist's surgery with an unconscious patient more disturbing.

You are quite right about true crime stuff, it is far more horrifying than the usual cop stuff.  James Nesbit is so believable in the part!

Some time ago I watched, ''Murdered by my boyfriend'', a true story, and that chilled me to the bone.
