Comrade Corbyn showed his tin ear for the popular mood when he tweeted during the thrilling climax of the FA Cup Final:
'Today, more than 700 people attended Labour’s State of the Economy Conference.’
The politest response on Twitter?
'Shut up, Steptoe, the football’s on.’

Hee hee I'm not surprised! I hope he saw the funny side and had a laugh at his own prattishness.

So he' not a football fan. I know I love the game but it's hardly that important compared with the economy.

So Corbyn will need to make sure he doesn't tweet during the X Factor final, Bake Off, etc etc.

Thrilling climax!! I must have been watching a different FA Cup Final. :o
Gonnagle.

Surely this is better than Dave forgetting which team he supports in his efforts to be like really real, man?
He wouldn't be able to post anything on Twitter without being ripped by some so better surely to stick to what he cares about rather the faux posturing of others.

Dear Sane,
For me, that is nail on the head stuff, Corbyn is real, Cameron is plastic, bloody dangerous plastic.
Gonnagle.
