Benny Hill made a joke back in the days of the pharaohs about a white man and a black man apparently changing colour as a result of the TV film uncontrollably turning from positive to negative.
I don't remember anybody ever complaining about it.

I very much doubt the Chinese washing machine advert would offend many because of how immature it is, it's more unfunny/stupid than offensive
Racist comedy as per that racist joke in post 9 of mine they're not all offensive.
