Would you consider donating money to support those scholarships?  OK, if you're not in Wales - would you support such a system if your 'local' uni decided to join the process?

Yes I would support such a scheme.

The refugees would either return to their own countries better equipped to deal with its problems - and almost certainly with a positive view of the country which gave them opportunity - or remain here and enrich this country with their enhanced skills.
