Brilliant - but what was it meant to be - in the Strictly panoply of dance?
Have to say that some of those lifts were a tad laboured but some were amazing. ;)

Yes it was hilarious and the way elections are going in the world it should set him up nicely to become the next Labour leader.

It's a 'salsa' - quite a lot of the in hold stuff is OK but that's not really the point with this.

Ed Balls is very entertaining, he plays a character well. As far as his dancing goes, he's certainly not a natural but he works hard and is improving all the time. I can imagine he is like a lot of men who decide they want to learn to dance in middle age and go to classes - except they don't have such a large audience!
Out of all the 'comedy' contestants in 'Strictly' over the years, Ed is the best imo, great fun and very likeable.
Thanks for posting the link, it was good to see his salsa again (I watched the show earlier, love it).

Brownie
I agree! He also keeps in strict time to the music as far as I can see.

I really like him. It took a lot of guts for him to sign up to Strictly and he's done so well. Yvette looks so proud of him each time she is in the audience (I wonder how their kids feel, hee hee).
Looking forward to seeing him again tonight, along with all the others. They seem an exceptionally nice group this year, shame to see any of them voted out but they know what they signed up for.
