It's just been announced that Ian McCaskill has died. I met him a few times at BB events. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-38294661 Sure and Stedfast His anchor held.

Heard this on the 90'clock news.  Very sad.  He was so funny even when being serious.

It's probably down to an ageing population. Just a guess though.
