Title: Questions for atheists
Post by: Nearly Sane on July 10, 2017, 03:58:42 PM
Do you believe in god (s)? No.

Is there anything else that is needed to be an atheist? No.

If someone is an atheist, does it tell you anything other than they don't have a belief in god(s)? No.

What exactly do atheists mean by the term 'evidence'?

Having declared that atheism is the non belief in God or gods and that's it........ What is their motivation for what they do further on the forum?

There is no atheist view on that.

People do what they do for their own reasons.

Incorrect. As BR has so succintly put it  'There is no atheist view on that'

other than not having a belief in gods, there is no atheist view on anything.

I feel a BELIEF says more about the person expressing it than any religious b.s. they may well spout.

People, certain types obviously, 'need' religion but so many of us do not.
Who said 'I serve better those who DON'T need me than those who do' ???

Are questions for arheists the same thing as questions for atheism?
