I have come across this snake-oil salesman via a friend who is taken in by him totally. As a result she floods my FB feed with all sorts of crap from Jelly babies give you heart attacks to detox is good for you. It isn't - you're body can detox itself quite well on its own for the vast majority of healthy people.

I've been doing a lot of 'hide from my timeline' lately. ::)

Moving on from detox is the fad for 'clean eating'. It's dangerous yet it's everywhere.

I read about him recently, after he was mentioned on Facebook. He is a dangerous nutcase. I wonder how many unnecessary deaths he has caused by gullible people taking him seriously and refusing vaccinations (he's an anti-vaccination idiot). He is also, unsurprisingly, a flat-earther.

Never heard of him until now. This is seriously weird:-  Wolfe has stated that mushrooms arrived on our planet via the cosmic wind.

V complicated i think.
Since being veggie, tho' not quite same thing, I feel my diet is more wholesome than it was..
I ahve a friend who only eats raw food unless she's done an about turn since i last saw her.

Clean eating is nothing to do with vegetarianism. Thankfully. It's complicated, yes, but more to the point it's extremely restrictive and is now being linked with eating disorders. Yet it's mainstream.
