Title: Blade Runner 2049

Was worried that this would just not work but when you get a review from someone you trust, now looking forward to it.

I turned up at the cinema to watch Blade Runner at 8.49 and they told me the performance had already started.

Another time I went to see A space Odyssey at 1 minute past 8 and missed the adverts.

I see it's worn off.

I was extremely concerned about it, but all the reviews have been extremely positive. I might try and get in to see it tomorrow.

Now I have seen it and I can confirm it is a worthy successor.

In particular, the cinematography is absolutely outstanding, and the sound track rivals Dunkirk for building up the tension.

Thanks for not posting a "spoiler"!

B*****d!
Just to be clear, it was a spoiler but for a different film.

There's a Not the Nine O'Clock News sketch in which a TV continuity announcer announces that the next film will be The Sting and then gives a complete synopsis including the twist at the end. I wanted to post that, but I couldn't find the clip on youtube.

You could have posted either the whole show or the whole film!
