Like a great many people caught out saying something stupid and obnoxious, she's playing the "Oh, but my comments were taken completely out of context" card. Not "OK, I was a total twat. I retract it and apologise unreservedly" but "out of context."

I'm not sure what the proper context of saying that victims of sexual harassment actually is - she forgot to say.
