Now you know that isn't allowed, you must see everything as 100% black or white, this not being sure nonsense is just appalling! ;)



It seems incredibly hard for a discussion to be had on this without people seeing the very idea as an attack.

In many ways it's understandable. The basis idea is that if you are marginalised then you are not in a position for normal discussion to not be an attack. I've read numerous twitter threads about the articles in the OP and they read filled with fear on both 'sides'.
