I did see The Fall live, it was at the LSE, it might have been 1979, it might have been 1980.

When the group took the stage, a fan asked Smith if he was going to perform a particular number. I did not clearly hear the name of the song, but I clearly heard Smith's reply, which was "Fuck Off".
