Title: A Positive Gove?

The government is making proposals for a truly joined up thinking on the subject of plastic packaging.

Is it too soon to be congratulating Michael Gove for his positive contribution to a solution for the problem of plastic waste?

It would be great if that idiot Gove did something right, having wrecked the education system!
