Title: Summer food
Post by: Rhiannon on May 26, 2018, 06:52:37 PM
Lunch today was roasted veg and halloumi wraps with salad, avocado and a drizzle of balsamic. Dinner is jacket spuds, ratatouille and cheese.

I’ve also identified something called Cream Tea Syndtome. Happens every year as soon as it’s warm enough to eat outside. Mine consists of scone (as in ‘sown’), jam, Crewe fears and fresh strawberries with mint tea. It's a vompulsion.

Rhi,

Delia's prawn risotto with lobster sauce (from a tin though), gruyere and cream plus a side salad since you ask.

Today’s lunch was a sort of quiche thing without the pastry, made with feta, tomato and mint, some warm new potatoes in a mustard and chive dressing and fresh herb salad.

Last night’s dinner was a Chinese takeaway. Well you have to sometimes.
