It is terrible that even in this day and age some regard gays as people who need to be 'cured' of their sexuality. >:(

Yes, about time.   It is already banned in every organization.   I think there are some legal problems about banning it, but ethically it's a no-no.  But I think there are still in effect trans conversion methods.
