If you want to prove the Earth is flat, North Wales is one of the worst places in the UK to go. Lincolnshire or Norfolk might be better.

And the photo in your article shows a place that's flat. Compare that to North Wales (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snowdonia#/media/File:Llyn_Llydaw_from_Crib_Goch_2.jpg). Not flat by any stretch.
i don't expect the Flat Earthers to be carrying out highly precise surveying experiments.
