Title: Report race pay gap figures?

The immediate problem that I can see with this is definition of "ethnic minorities".

Thanks for that. What immediately occurs to me is that a survey of workers in the City of London would very probably find that the lowest paid would be "Any other group", since currently most cleaners seem to be of Hispanic/Latino origin.
