When my husband was having a CT scan the other day he was instructed to have a drink of water. For the first time in my life I had to obtain it from one of those devices, I am not sure what they are called. Someone kindly showed me how to operate it.
I have never ordered a taxi, which I might have to do if our children are not able to take us to any upcoming hospital appointments. It is likely to be well into the new year before my arm is healed enough to enable me to drive.
I have never been to a pub for just a drink, only for a meal.
I have never been to a dance, a disco, a nightclub, placed a bet, or wished to do so.
I have had a very different life to many people, but it has never been dull, that is for sure. I bet many people on this forum have not done the things I have done, many of which were totally crazy. ::)

Passed the driving test.
Known what anyone sees in that complete dross, 'Last of the Summer Wine'.
Drunk vodka.
Skydived.
Cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats.
Climbed the Eiger on a Tiger.
Been sentenced in a court of law (though I have been inside a jail).
Had gender reassignment surgery.
Been barred from a pub.

There is an endless list of things I've never done: some I might like to do, others I definitely wouldn't like to do and I dare say there are things that I didn't know could even be done in the first place - and whether I'd do whatever these things are, or not, is another matter entirely.
I could have, about 25 or so years ago, when I was actively involved in horse-riding (and had my own horse), made the effort to arrange to ride in an amateur riders horse-race - but I never got round to doing it, and I regret that.

I have never skydived or swum with sharks, which I would have liked to have done. My children were going to arrange for me to do the latter for my 60th birthday in 2010. Unfortunately, due to a problem with my left ear, the doctor deemed it very unwise. :o

Water bottle?
Water cooler?
Babbling brook?
Sewage farm?
If the “device” was one of those things with a massive upside down plastic water bottle on the top, that is a water cooler.

5. Skydived, scuba dived, high dived.
6. Crossed the equator (this I would definitely want to do).

I've never done any of those either though sang the above many times with friends, acting daft. On the other side of the record is "I've never met a nice South African", Isn't there a line about disembowelling oneself?
Anyway:-
I've never broken a bone
had an operation
been in hospital as an in patient
had my face on front page of newspaper
knowingly appeared on television (could have been in a crowd I suppose)
learned Mandarin
been struck my lightening
burgled a house
The first three on my list are things that might happen eventually - or almost certainly unless I am very lucky.

How would you know - they might have been sneaking around just out of sight ;)

I've swum with sharks apparently.
On a trip to the Great Barrier Reef we were only informed after we'd been out snorkelling that there were sharks about (there always are apparently) but it's alright because they only feed at dawn and dusk *
*This last bit I found out later was not quite the truth. They mostly feed at dawn and dusk.

I'm going to turn it round a little.
I have flown in an Indiana Jones type prop plane.
I have ridden on the back of an elephant(for circa 2 hours)
I have crossed a river in a dugout canoe.
I have travelled on a horse drawn cart.
And all that on the same day.
