These are rather lovely but somehow I keep expecting to see Paddington in them

Wonderful - I'd love to visit some of them. Sad that Arthur's Cafe closed last year. We've got some good independent cafes in Hemel Hempstead, including my local one, which won a well-deserved national award recently.
