Erm........excellent I suppose. I'd like them better if they were smaller and better looking, as they are I find them scary.

Read something similar - a more genersal article about the rise of "general AI" - in 'The Week'. There certainly is the potential for it all to go horribly wrong, but I think the people at the forefront are aware of that, and can hopefully avoid it. Anyway, I don't think we''l hace Commander Datas in my lifetime: the article said within the lifetime of children alive today.
