There seem to be a spate of murders where the defence is it was a sex game gone wrong. Oddly it always seems to be a women killed.

I seem to recall that a Member of Parliament, Stephen Milligan, died as a result of something going wrong in a sex game.

I've read same NS. Sex game gone wrong seems to be a ready defence,difficult to prove otherwise I suppose. I seriously wonder though. Strange things people seem to be into.

I'd be inclined to think of this latest line of defence is just a ploy to help the perpetrator reduce the length of their sentence, a bit like another well known ploy used by prisoners in an attempt to reduce their sentence by becoming a new person, someone that's caught severe case of religion, both on a similar bullshit baffles brains principle.
