'tis good.

When I saw thread title my first thought was you were trying to liberate old books in captivity. Strange things I think sometimes.

Ebooks are the work of the devil.

Then I was right all along, they're incarcerated and longing for release.

Ebooks are the work of the devil.

He has all the best tunes, why wouldn't he have the better stories?

O.

We have given away many of our old books to charity shops, much preferring our Kindles. :)

I've not used a kindle but I can see how good they are if people are short of space. Husband has one which he uses on holiday, I take a couple of books with me and often buy one when away in UK. There's always the odd afternoon or time when I'm not doing much so I read, it's relaxing. Like you LR I donate old books to charity shops, ones I'm not likely to re-read (some came from charity shops). I suppose we may have to cull when we retire and downsize.
