Good point! ;D However, BSM Williams was the bloke who christened him that, and was the main comic character in the show.

Can't stand Mrs Brown's Boys - just awful.

They've gone for just one character per show - but there are quite a few where more than one character could have been included. (e.g. most of Dad's Army). I also think Uncle Bryn deserves a mention even if Nessa is the most obvious (but least subtle) comedy character from G&S.
