I'll take a look at that.

I used to see the actor who played the Scottish gangster-type character, Iain Cuthbertson (who was dead cool as a similar type in Supergran), around Byres Rd fairly regularly in the 1970's,

I'll take a look at that.

Great in Sutherland's law and brilliant turn as Doctor Arnold in BBC's version of Tom Brown's Schooldays.

There was a spin off series for Iain Cuthbertson's character called Charles J Endell Esq in the late 70s. It wasn't as good as it bumped up the comedy at the loss of the threat he represented  in Budgie.

And great in the lost (perhaps) Scotch on the Rocks, and in Children of the Stones.

indeed but the TV series went a bit darker and was supposedly wiped because of that. Rumours are that the tapes survive.
