Quite a mini coup. Of the 9 members of the ISC, I'm told the vote was 5-4 in favour of Lewis. Lewis nominated himself this afternoon, having been told he had all four Labour/SNP votes, stunning Grayling, who nominated himself yesterday and didn't expect any challenges.

Let's hope Lewis doesn't screw up as Grayling did in his previous post.

Apparently he's lost the tory whip for colludin' and fallutin' with Labour. I see Theresa Villiers is on the committee. Has that poor soul received compensation from the bus company yet for the state of her face?
