After not allowing her to graduate - since she was female - did Cambridge University ever recognise her achievements?

What do you mean by "recognise her achievements"? Do you mean "accepted her PhD and later professional qualifications as legitimate" or do you mean "awarded something by Cambridge University for her work"?  I'm sure, in the former case, the answer is "yes". In fact, I'm sure her teachers and examiners recognised her as worthy of a degree but couldn't award one because of the rules at Cambridge at the time. In the latter case, there are no honorary degrees or other awards from Cambridge listed on the Wikipedia page.
