Why do you think so?
Mainly because I think he was trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist. He claimed that human minds can do things that should be impossible according to mathematical arguments about computability. He argues that the brain must employ quantum effects to do thinking.
Firstly, I don't think he demonstrates that human minds are not subject to the limitations imposed by arguments about computability. Secondly, invoking quantum effects wouldn't save him if we aren't. If there's a mathematical impossibility, a different physical law won't change it.
