It's the worrying abrogation of responsibility by the 5th Circuit and Supreme Courts to decline to actually hear the case before it goes into effect that is the longer term worry. Recidivist legislation is nothing new, even a court opting to support it, but the political game of multiple courts choosing not to actually deal with it at all is terrible.

All women should have the absolute right to an abortion until the foetus is viable.
