Well, that's actual babies, as opposed to some who might be thought of as overgrown babies. What a disgraceful, regressive approach! There is no maternity leave, no ability to do Zoom, no creches - although loads of subsidised bars.

I can understand to a certain extent, but the situation could be easily resolved by having a place in the building set aside for a professional team of baby carers so that if a baby is quiet, no problem, but if they are crying loudly, then the immediate care can be taken over by a trusted person nearby.

That's the point about there being no creches for babies, in addition to no thought out idea that supports mothers in the Commons at all.
It would be a lot easier if they sorted speaking and voting remotely as a permanent approach, drew up a set of rules covering maternity. And that's leaving aside the still archaic approach to the working day.

Needs a complete overhaul.
9 to 5 workday. Hour for lunch. No drinks during the day. Mandatory attendance for 80% of the time except for ministerial posts.
Remote working as suggested above. When sitting in parliament ditch the traditional two sides nature by mixing all the MPs up. Electronic voting system instead of all that lobby bollocks. Loads more Im sure but the institution is so resistant to change that those will have to do for starters.

Ditch FPTP and the present archaic layout will be impossible to work - it is an echo of the time of Simon de Montfort when Parliament sat in church choirstalls.
PR will mean an end to parties whose basic philosophy is tribal rather than philosophical. PR will encourage co-operation and consultation between parties ... and a new semi-circular room for the legislative assembly equipped with work stations for each MP will be a leap into the 21st century and its Victorian inadequacies. It might also rescue Parliament from Victorian notions such as abhoring the sight of lactating women.

The story you linked says there is a nursery.
