And just as with the tragedy in the Channel, immediately it becomes a political mess.

And all those people in hospital in intensive care or with life-changing injuries - or both, I suppose. I  sincerely hope that public funds pick up the bills for all that meddical treatment. An absolutely horrifying tragedy.
