Or, indeed, any lifestyle which includes rest, breaks and a moderate degree of physical activity.

Rather depends on what's stopping you concentrating, I'd think. There's certainly plenty of studies which show the benefits of exercise (in which I'd include at least some forms of Yoga) on concentration.
