Title: Should assisted death be available for intractable mental illness?

This isn't a bad essay at laying out thie issues but I have to admit my ongoing instinct is no.

That said, I have no understanding from a personal point of view what serious depression or PTSD is like. I literally can't imagine what it's like, Therefore, I don't think my opinion is worth very much.

I would suggest that generally we regard disinterest in making decisions like this as a good thing.
