Title: Warning over medical clinics using fake Google reviews

I doubt I would take a medical recommendation from Google.

It astounds me that people place so much trust in internet reviews of any sort.

Check the sources, look at a variety of review sites, get personal recommendations where possible.

If using a medical clinic of any sort look at the CQC ratings and at least talk to your GP, I'm not saying he or she will be totally impartial but they are usually a reasonable guide.

Well for a medical clinic I wouldn't trust the Internet but reviews can help with other products and services. You just have to learn to spot the fake ones and the malicious ones.
