Title: Stonegate pub chain starts charging more at peak hours

I can understand this, a bit surprised it's not presented as an extended happy hour when it is cheaper.

That's what I thought. Pub's have been doing this for years, but just marketing it as reduced prices during happy hour.

That was exactly the way I was going to pitch my response if anybody was going to argue it is wrong.
