If the Scottish Govt don't do this, I think they'll find it hard to justify keeping any level of MUP.

The evidence for doing it looks pretty solid.

Except for this bit

The University of Sheffield report said the original 50p price was now equivalent to 41p.

They should be using income rises, not inflation rises to determine the erosion of effectiveness.
