Title: Etias travel permit: what is it and when does it start?

Was reminded this was happening when looking at holidays next year in Europe. Not clear exactly when it will apply yet but worth keeping an eye on.

The article says November, but it's been delayed before.

I know it's not a huge imposition, but those Brexit freedoms just keep rolling in.
