That explains why my batter and deep frying lard factory is working at maximum capacity.
Also, my haggis ranch has had to take on extra hands.

There were times when I lived in London I would have killed for a roll and sausage but haggis was always available. Irn-Bru in a glass bottle has to be the 1901 version.
I'll be interested how the place balances the headline 'dishes' with the less stereotypical produce that is talked about in the article.

I imagine deep fried Mars bars won't figure at all. I don't see why haggis shouldn't feature - I find it much nicer than the description of its ingredients would lead you to believe.
