I've seen a small art gallery and shop in London called 'Galerie Singleton', and a café in Tring called 'Tringfellows'. Any others?

I don't get it. I can understand that it sounds like "back of Aldi's", but what's the other meaning? Is it a bit of Scottish dialect I'm failing to understand?

No, it's just meant to sound and look like a random Italian surname.
