If the sentence is changed because it is too 'lenient' then it makes a farce of the law. A hospital order that in all likelihood will last until death is not a matter of being lenient.

As ever with some of the GBP unless they aren't being stretched on a rack whilst simultaneously having their fingernails pulled out by a pair of pliers then we've just gone soft as a nation.
