This makes a lot of sense. It seems surprising to me that the success rate is so different. It almost feels like it's too late though given raised concerns over vaping recently.

My concern is that they don't know if the free vapes are helping. They also referred the free vape group to specialist services to help them quit smoking.

This was a poorly designed trial.
