Title: Blood stocks drop to 'unprecedentedly low levels'

In England. Not sure how bad it is in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland but I thought I would check if the reasons why I was stopped from giving blood a couple of years ago still apply, as regulations change, and I am O Neg. The website, even with what should be flat text to access, currently has a 'queue' of 27 minutes to read it.
