Title: Our dentist has gone private!
Post by: Roses on September 28, 2024, 03:45:23 PM
We have just heard that our dentist, which took NHS and private patients, has now gone private as many have done in the UK. I have a private dental plan but due to my husband's many health problems he was on the NHS, so we will have to sort out a dental plan for him too.

Have any of your dentists gone private?

A couple of times. The state of dentistry care in the UK is another utter mess.

My dentist has been private for ... well ... many years.

I understand that, during training, the business and management element of the course is largely confined to the determination of the number of zeros that can be added to the figure to the left of the decimal point on the bottom row of the invoice.
