Sadowitz is one of the most extraordinary performers. You watch it and it makes any comedian like Bernard Manning look like a shy vicar, and yet you're supposed to know that it is somehow mocking that. I've seen him six or seven tines over 30 years and never been sure if it is a piece of genius, a piece of evil or a piece of evil genius. I've never been to a show where there weren't walkouts.
