Nope we all know of a kind of happy medium secularism that existed abroad a few years ago. That has been infiltrated by a campaigning antitheism based on 18th century ideas fighting a supposed 19th century battle with a 21st century quasi-religious fundamentalist fervour. Hence triumphalist squeak like ''Putting religion it's place'' Now who would say that?

I have read the NSS article which IMHO is light on detail heavy on WF.
Which shows that you haven't bothered to read it.

If you had you would realise that with just 2 clicks you get to the entire court ruling - some 36 pages long which gives all the detail you could possibly want on the case.
