A probably apocryphal tale about a young couple who, shall we say, were less than fully educated, at the birth of their first child. They were still in the delivery suite, and having previously decided on a floral name for their new-born if it was a girl, which it was, they quickly discussed options after the midwife enquired if they had chosen a name for their daughter.
The new dad announced that he'd read something in the paper recently that contained a flowery-type name that sounded nice: 'Chlamydia' he announced, and the new mum thought that sounded lovely - the midwife had a quiet word with them (or so the story goes).
