I don't like him one bit but don't want him to go to the USA for trial - for what? Nobody has died as a result of wikileaks* (as far as I know),
That is a claim that is disputed. It is possible that US agents have been exposed as a result of the leaks. That doesn't negate the value of the revelations, but Wikileaks should have been more careful about what they published and how they published it.
As Jeremy said, he's no longer facing arrest in Sweden.
In my opinion, based on the fact that he ran away, the rape allegations are true.
We must separate personal feelings about the sleaseball man from alleged crimes. By their leaks we shall know them!
My personal feelings are that he is probably a rapist. I think he probably isn't guilty of the crimes the USA accuses him of (Chelsea Manning says he didn't help her) but I see no reason to dispute the judge who denied his extradition on the grounds that that the Americans couldn't prevent (or perhaps wouldn't try to prevent) his suicide.
