Christmas 2021
« on: December 18, 2021, 12:38:39 PM »
I'd like to wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year despite the on-going pandemic. Stay safe and brighter days will come.

In the meantime I found this which is entertaining and enlightening. I am particularly liking the Victorian penchant for dead Robins on Christmas cards:

If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. - God is Love.

Have a great Christmas, and a happy, healthy New Year.

I'm off to Jersey tomorrow to spend Christmas with my daughter and her family. During the last two years I have only been able to visit the Channel Islands once. My newest grandson was 10 months old before I could meet him.

Everyone has my very best wishes for the festive season.

I'll second that: and as they used to say on Hill Street Blues, "let's be careful out there".
