What does "processed" mean?

Also, is Mr Cleverly aware that backlogs aren't defined by a specific date?

This low level lying baffles me. There's a reasonably good true story for the govt to tell here about much higher decision making than previously, and that some still were problematic could be admitted. But no, they lie about it so any good work is now forgotten.

That said the original promise was a piece of misdirection in terms of distracting from the decision to effectively ignore new claims.
